Outbound WhatsApp (and SMS, depending on setup) is billed from a prepaid unit pool your organization tops up in advance. Once the pool is used up, sends will fail or queue until you top up. Purchase more units from the Broadcast section's top-up flow (paid via Paystack); usage is deducted message-by-message as batches send, and you can review consumption history alongside your broadcast history.
