Why can't I send WhatsApp messages?

Your organization must connect its own WhatsApp number before any WhatsApp broadcast or automation can send. Go to the WhatsApp connection settings and scan the QR code to link your number (there is no shared/default sender — each school must connect its own). SMS and Voice SMS don't require this step.
