What can parents see and do in Edumintor?
Audience: Parent
Once logged in, parents see:
- My Wards — a list of their linked children, each with attendance,
academic performance, and fees.
- Transactions — their payment/fee transaction history.
- School fee balances, invoices, and receipts for each ward, and (where
online payment is enabled) the ability to pay a fee balance directly.
- Broadcast messages sent to them by the school (WhatsApp/SMS).
- In-app notifications.
Parents can only ever see their own children's data — the backend strictly scopes every parent request to their verified guardian links.
