Why am I not getting push notifications on the mobile app?

Push notifications require the app to be a standalone build with the correct Android (Firebase/FCM) and iOS (APNs) credentials configured — this is a one-time setup the Edumintor team handles when publishing app builds. If you're using Expo Go (a development/testing version of the app) rather than the installed app from the App Store/Play Store, push notifications may not work as expected — install the published app if you're not receiving alerts.
