I don't see a menu item I expect to have access to. My bulk upload has errors — what do I do? Why can't I edit an active fee structure or delete a paid invoice? A student, teacher, or parent record seems to be missing after I deleted it — is it gone forever? An exam isn't showing up in the "record marks" dropdown anymore.

I need to change which academic year I'm viewing data for.

Audience: Admin

Use the academic year switcher (usually near the branch switcher in the top nav) — this changes the context for attendance, exams, and finance views across the app. This is a permissioned action, so only certain roles can switch it.
