Why can't I edit an active fee structure or delete a paid invoice?

This is by design, to protect the finance audit trail: - Only Draft fee structures can be edited; an Active one must be archived and replaced with a new one instead. - Invoices with any successful payment can't be deleted — only cancelled (if unpaid) or corrected through a payment reversal/refund.
